HB13-1065 Passes Colorado House

HB130-1065 allows for a physician or psychiatrist at a military installation, who is not registered with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, but is in good standing with the military and in their licensing state, to refer and safely transport a patient needing a mental health hold in a commumnity mental health facility. Child-victims can seek restrictions on release conditions
